Can anyone assist. I have been trying to login to hotmail for the past few weeks without success. I have tried the help options of maximising my browser etc but nothing seems to work.

On the login page I simply get a screen that keeps trying to load but then returns an error that the site is unavailable.

I think I am using Internet explorer 8 now and think this is what might be causing the problem. Can anyone advise how I check what version of internet explorer i am using and anything else I can try to login?

Please post your e-mail address so we can investigate. Also, please confirm if you encounter the said issue when accessing your account from another computer with different Internet connection.
