Last week I logged into my email to find an email about iphones had been sent out from my account.  I then found that all emails from April until now had been deleted.  Please please please can these be restored - there are some really important and special emails in there

I was able to recover a number of your deleted e-mails and I’ve moved them back to your Inbox so you can review them.  I’m not sure though if the e-mails that you need are included there. 
 
We’re aware of the problem you’ve reported on the spam e-mails that were sent from your account and found that Malware being installed on computer is the common cause of this.  Visit the link below to know more about this and for some tips to prevent the issue from recurring:

Hi thanks for restoring some of the emails, but unfortunately these are not the ones which are special to me - is there any way of restoring others?

Hi Lauren.

We’ve already exhausted our resources to help retrieve your missing messages. If you didn’t find the ones that you need, it's possible that they were already purged from the server even before we attempted the recovery.
