hello. my company cant send mails to hotmail.

my server is sendmail. the log tell me

Hi Diego.  To investigate your issue, please post the ff:
 
1. Is sertel-moviles.es the domain name that you’re using when sending to Hotmail? 
2. Are you unable to send to all Hotmail accounts? 
3. Do you get a bounce message?  If you do, post a copy of it here with the full message headers exposed. 
4. Are you the domain admin?  If so, give us a contact e-mail address where we can reach you.
