I am not receiving e-mails from someone who sure sent me e-mails. He sends me  mails from edelcap.com. I also have checked my junk folder but there is no mails.

I also suggest that you check whether your reply-to address feature has been enabled. Please see “How to set or change reply address” for instructions on how to disable the reply-to address set in your account.

I have checked both the links that Windows Live JK G posted and verified that both are active.  I suggest that you try visiting it again.

The link you specified doesn't solve my problem,

1.I checked the junk folder and there is no emails from the sender.

2.I didn't block the sender.

3.The sender says he didn't receive any Failure Notice or error when sending me email,he receive the message 'email sent successfuly'

please do the needful...

Please post your complete e-mail address and the exact e-mail address used by the sender.  Also, confirm with the sender if this also occurs to messages sent to other Hotmail accounts.

I see.  Then what I will do is to forward this issue to the Windows Live Hotmail Sender Support.  They are the one who can help resolve this issue.  They will contact the domain admin of edelcap.com in resolving this issue.
