Have you tried accessing your account using another computer with different connection? Because many times, the speed of the connection to the Internet can affect the performance of Windows Live Hotmail. Also, slowness may occur if one or more of the following conditions are true:
- Your temporary Internet files folder is full or almost full.
- Other programs that are running may be slowing your browsing experience.
