Please post your email address and your work e-mail address trying to remove so that I can immediately address your issue. Also, please send a screenshot of your “Forward mail to another e-mail account” page. To take a screenshot:
1. Go to the page requested.
2. Press "Print Screen."
3. Open Microsoft Paint.
a. Click on "Start."
b. Highlight "All Programs."
c. Highlight "Accessories."
d. Click on "Paint."
4. On the toolbar, click on "Edit" then "Paste" or press "Ctrl+V."
5. Click on "File."
6. Select "Save As."
7. Name the file.
8. Save as JPEG file.
