Take a screenshot of your issue so we can see what you're referring to. To take a screenshot:
1. Go to the page requested.
2. Press "Print Screen."
3. Open Microsoft Paint.
a. Click on "Start."
b. Highlight "All Programs."
c. Highlight "Accessories."
d. Click on "Paint."
4. On the toolbar, click on "Edit" then "Paste" or press "Ctrl+V."
5. Click on "File."
6. Select "Save As."
7. Name the file.
8. Save as JPEG file.
If the file exceeds 1MB or you can only send the screenshot in a different picture format (e.g. PNG), compress the file first using a file compression utility such as WinZip.
