on another note, i shut down another account of mine but i need to get back in now because i may have some of the contacts in there, when i put the username and password in it wont let me in, anything you can do at all?

wardy1981, stored information in a closed account are purged after a period of time. In view of this, it’s possible that you’ll not see any of your stored contacts once you've re-opened your closed account.
