For years I've received emails from one of my clients (I work freelance from home), and then suddenly, a few days ago, I stopped being able to receive emails from them. I can still send them emails and they receive them. But none of the emails that they send to me are received by my Hotmail account.
Their emails don't appear in my Junk folder and they are defiinitely not in my Blocked sender list (in fact, I deliberately added them to my Safe sender list), but I still am not able to receive emails from them. I've checked with them and their postmaster says that their email system is working fine (the rest of their contacts don't seem to have any problems receiving their emails).
And I can still send and receive emails from other clients so why this problem is confined to one of my contacts in particular is a mystery to me.
Can anyone help?
