Can no longer move e-mails from Junk folder to inbox

    Can no longer move e-mails from Junk folder to inbox

    For the past week I have been unable to move any messages delivered to my junk mail folder to ANY other folder that I have (such as my inbox).  Prior to a week ago, I performed this function almost daily!!  Now I get the following message when I try to move anything out of the junk mail folder :

    We're doing some maintenance to improve the service. We apologize for getting in your way. Please try again in a few minutes. If it's been more than an hour, tell us you're still waiting.

    ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!

    Hi vitotisha,

    The error that you encounter occurs when the server that hosts your account is undergoing maintenance. This usually takes a couple of hours. Try moving messages now since the process might be completed. If the issue persists, I suggest that you optimize your browser. This is to ensure that it isn’t contributing to the issue you’ve reported. Here’s the direct link for steps on how to do this:

    I've tried accessing my hotmail account from several different computers at different locations - all attempts met with the same negative result.  Is the "server that hosts my account" you refer to a hotmail server or some other ISP?  Since I am getting the same result on multiple systems, I doubt that it's an issue with the browser.  Has anyone there checked on the status of the server that hosts my account?

This is done to guarantee optimum performance for a better Windows Live Hotmail experience. I am glad to inform you that the maintenance process has been completed and you should now be able to move messages properly.

    This access is expressly for the purposes of resolving the issue addressed in this posting.

    Please move all e-mails in the Junk folder to my inbox, if able.

    I already escalated your concern to one of our Escalation Specialists. He/she will be getting in touch with you to work on this.

    I also managed to moved your junk mails to your Inbox as per your request.

    I'm afraid this is currently the only forum where you can get support with your Windows Live Hotmail account.

    As for your issue, cluttered cache and cookies may be contributing to the issue you are experiencing. To resolve this, please optimize your browser settings. Please visit the following solution post for the steps:
