I've engaged additional resources to help restore your deleted messages. Please check your Inbox folder for your missing e-mails. By the way, I've checked your account and it appears that you're using a third party email program like the McAfee Spamkiller. This software can either remove messages from our servers into your local client, or move them to your Deleted folder. From the information we have received, I can offer the following recommendations:
1. Move the messages from your Deleted folder to a personal folder. We have been told that moving these back to your Inbox again could result in them being moved back to the Deleted folder. This will help prevent that from happening.
2. Refer to the "Help" section of the client you are using to see if there are settings you can change to prevent important messages from being lost.
3. Contact McAfee or the manufacturer of your application for assistance on preventing these actions from taking place. If you are unable to find messages in your Inbox or Deleted folder, try to look in other locations of your application to see if they were moved to another offline folder and see if your messages are recoverable.
4. Stop accessing your account while running third party applications in the background such as SpamKiller.
