I understand. In fact, based upon previous experiences (posts here in these forums), I would be surprised if the Hotmail Product Team EVER responds to my questions. The Hotmail Product Team does not have a history of being very responsive to any questions asked of them.
You see, to respond to my questions, the Hotmail Product Team would have to admit that they prematurely released the "save to drafts" feature without including options that would normally be developed with such a feature (such as enable/disable the feature and set the frequency). It takes a very extraordinary individual to admit that they have made a mistake .... and releasing the "save to drafts" feature without the necessary options is a mistake. However, as I mentioned, I doubt that the Hotmail Product Team will have the courtesy to respond.
